Former minister Anil Jha’s daughter commits suicide

KATHMANDU: Daughter of former minister and Chairman of Federal Sadbhavana Party Anil Kumar Jha has committed suicide on Saturday in the capital.

Jha’s daugther Sweta hanged herself in her locked room at Ranibari. The deceased is the 12th grader at Central School of Indian Embassy, Kathmandu.

The family source said that Sweta would have killed self due to depression after failing in grade 11. The last rites of Sweta were performed at Pashupati Aryaghat this evening.
