No problem in PM’s tongue: Spokesperson of government



Kathmandu, June 20. Prime Minister Sushil Koirala underwent medical tests of his tongue at the New York-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in the US Thursday.

The test reports show that his tongue is normal, doctors said.

Deputy Prime Minister Bamdev Gautam who is also looking after the portfolios of the Prime Minister in the absence of PM Koirala contacted with Lieutenant Colonel Prakash Deuja in New York and took health updates of the PM, said government spokesperson Dr Minendra Rijal.

Dr. Rijal said, We  had a suspicion that his tongue got infected and its impact was spread to other parts, but with the medical reports, our doubts have been cleared.
