413 lawmakers submitted their signatures to CA Chair



KATHMANDU, Jan 16. As many as 413 lawmakers of various political parties including the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN-UML have submitted signatures to Constituent Assembly Chairman Subash Nembang demanding to begin the voting process at the earliest to settle contentious issues of the constitution.

Rastriya Janamorcha Party Chairman Chitra Bahadur KC on behalf of the various political parties submitted the signatures to CA Chairman Nembang this morning.

While submitting the signatures, KC urged the CA Chairman to begin the due process at the soonest to promulgate the constitution on January 22.

The campaigning has started under the leadership of CPN-UML’s youth lawamaker Prakash Jwala, who is also the president of Finance committee of Legislative parliament.
