5 Pathivara pilgrims dead in Taplejung

TAPLEJUNG: Five pilgrims, who were returning after worshipping the famous Pathivara Temple in Taplejung district, died and 20 others were injured after a tractor met with an accident.

The deceased are Ishowri Thapa, Maiya Budhathoki, Geeta Duwadi and Renu Shrestha of Naikap, Kathmandu, and Geeta Thapa of Banepa, Kavre.

The tractor (Me 1 Ta 2100) had fallen some down the road when the driver gone for pee.
