Asian Enduro Mountain Bike race in Nagarkot from April 6

KATHMANU, March 31: The second edition of Asian Enduro Series Mountain Bike Race is to be held in Nagarkot, Bhaktapur from April 6-9.

Eighty-one individuals from 17 countries including Nepal will take part in the thrilling race to be organised by Mountain Bike Company Pvt Ltd.

According to event coordinator Anujh Adhikary, 42 individuals are contesting for the race alone from Nepal. Others participants will be from India, the UK, Bangladesh, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, America, Australia, Bhutan, the Netherlands, France, New Zealand, Germany, Venezuela, Mexico and Malaysia.

The event will be held in five categories: open (male), women, male above 40 years of age, male in the 31-39 age group and male above 17. The distance of the race will be some 13 kilometers. RSS
