Baidya-led Maoist recommends candidates for local polls

GORKHA, April 27: The CPN (Maoist Revolutionary) led by Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ has recommended candidates for local level elections taking place on coming May 14.

The Maoist Revolutionary party has fielded candidates for civic polls in the district through Nationalist People’s Republican Front Nepal.

Party leader Narayan Adhikari has shared that they have fielded Amrit Rana as mayoral candidate in Gorkha municipality, Bhumi Narayan Malla in Palungtar municipality, Tej Bahadur Gurung as Chairperson in Ajirkot rural municipality, Chhabilal Ghale in Siranchowk rural municipality and Ram Nepal in Gandaki rural municipality.
