Bijukchhe for restructuring state on ethnic and lingual basis

BUTWAL: Chairman of Nepal Majdoor Kishan Party, Narayan Man Bijukchhe, has argued that if the agreement on state restructuring based on ethnic and lingual basis was not made before the Constituent Assembly election, the November 19 election was impossible.

At a program organized here today, Chairman Bijukchhe said some political parties, including the UCPN-Maoist, were batting for one Madhes one province and if other parties denied it, they would foil the CA election.

Similarly, he said present crisis was resulted after the CPN-UML and Nepali Congress did not agree on the demand of ethnicity based for federalism and one Madhes one province. Still the foreign forces were devoted to fueling the conflict in the country, he argued.

The ruling parties, he said, were full of submissive thoughts due to the foreign interference.

Moreover, the Chairman accused the big four parties of doing politics based on the use of force and threats instead of thoughts and principles.
