Dahal escalates initiative for consensus

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the UCPN (Maoist) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said time has come for preparation of re-election of the Constituent Assembly. Inaugurating  the  12 th Nepal Bhasa Conference and Cultural Programme organized by the Indreni Cultural Society in Tekhapukhu of Bhaktapur -17 Thursday evening, he said  discussion was held with the President on going for fresh elections and  how to make consensus on it with political parties and that the president was positive on going for elections. Dahal said confusion persists whether or not a constitution will be made to give identity to all the Nepali languages, dalits, and the suppressed classes, and added that UCPN (Maoist) will fight until last for it.
