Makalu Air Plane Goes Missing

SURKHET, May 16: A cargo plane of Makalu Air went missing with two crew members on board early this morning.

According to Police Chief of Karnali Province Deputy Inspector General of Nepal Police Suresh Bikram Shah, the 9N AUJ Cargo Plane of Makalu Air went missing after it took off from Surkhet Airport to Humla, Simkot at 6:16 am.

Likewise, Raju Mahato of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal in Humla said that a helicopter is used for the search operations of the missing plane. RSS
