Nepali student from Kavre district commits suicide in Japan



TOKYO: A Nepali student has committed suicide in Tokyo, Japan. Sanu Kumari Tamang, a permanent resident of Mangaltar VDC in Kavre, Nepal, killed self from hanging inside her room on March 6. Tamang had been living in Japan for a year.

Tamang was residing with her sister and brother in law at Ochuka, Tokyo, and was taking Japanese language class at Takadanobaba.

Sanu Kumari’s brother in law Dharma Lama said that she was found dead inside the rented room when he arrived in the room from his night shift duty.

The number of suicidal cases of Nepalis in Japan is also increasing lately.
