Government working on reducing cost of passport renewal: PM Dahal

KATHMANDU, Jan 15: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that the government is working on reducing the cost of passport renewal.

Speaking during an interaction program in Nepali Embassy in Abu, Dhabi, UAE, he assured that the government is focused on addressing the issues of Nepali workers working in foreign country diplomatically.

Prime Minister Dahal is currently on visit to UAE for participating on ’10th World Future Energy Summit 2017.”

PM Dahal also said that the experience and remittance Nepali workers are earning by working in foreign country is the foundation of national development.

“Nepal government has always been aware that labor done by the Nepali workers be well-utilized.” he added.

He continued, “We are focused on drawing the remittance in developmental projects. I have been inspecting on development projects streamlining the operation of development works.”
