KATHMANDU, April 29: Leader of Rastriya Janata Party Manish Suman has said that his party would not participate in election unless the constitution amendment bill gets endorsed through the parliament.

Speaking during an interaction program organized by the Reporters’ Club Nepal on Saturday, he accused the Election Commission to have gone corrupted for commission gain. He said, “No candidates have been nominated yet, and the election commission has completed printing ballot papers. It is game of commission gain.”

He also claimed first phase local polls in May 14 was impossible as there were several technical errors and suggested the government to postpone local polls and reschedule it for October/November.
