RJPN Chair Mahanta Thakur skips voting

KATHMANDU, Sept 18: Rastriya Janata Party Nepal Chairman Mahanta Thakur has not cast vote in the third round of local level election which is underway in 136 local units of eight districts in Province 2, sources confirmed.

Thakur returned to the capital from Terai on Sunday evening due to his poor health condition. Now, he is resting at his residence in Bhaktapur, according to sources.

Thakur is a voter from Malangwa Municipality -8, Sarlahi.
