Snowfall at Mt. Everest Base Camp

SOLUKHUMBU, APR 13: Everest Base Camp witnessed snowfall from Sunday night. The snowfall has caused inconvenience to trekkers and climbers.

Areas including Namche bazaar, Labuche, Gorakhsp along with Everest Base Camp witnessed snowfall since yesterday.

Many tourists en route to Kalapathar and Everest Base Camp have cancelled their trek due to the extreme weather. Locals have used yaks to clear the snow-clad trails since early morning.
