Top Leaders of 9 parties addressing the protest rally



KATHMANDU, Jan 6: Nine opposition parties including CPN-UML are assembling the protest rally in the capital today opposing the government-proposed constitution amendment bill.

The mass demonstrations have started in different locations of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts.

The organizers have informed that the rally will stage in infront of Rastraya Shava Griha. Chairman of CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli, senior leader Jhalnath Khanal and Madhav Kumar Nepal, and other top leaders are going to address the protest rally. General secretary of CPN (ML), CP Mainali, Nepal Workers and Peasants Party Chairman Narayan Man Bijukchhe will also participate in the mass meeting.

Meanwhile, the traffic in Kathmandu has gone berserk as CPN-UML’s protest rallies have started.
