Govt to empower local level: DPM Gachchhadar

KATHMANDU, July 10: Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister for Federal Affairs and Local Development Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar today said that the government has formulated various acts and regulations with priority to empower the local level.

Responding to queries raised in today’s Legislature-Parliament meeting on various topics related to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development under the Appropriation Bill, 2074, DPM Gachchhadar said the government would do its best in empowering the local level.

He also informed the house that the government has made arrangements for sufficient human resource at the local level to ensure smoothly service delivery. RSS
