KATAHMANDU, Dec 10: As of latest update, CPN-UML has emerged victorious in 52 federal parliament constituencies, while still leading in 29. Trailing behind is UML’s left alliance partner CPN (Maoist Center) securing 21 parliamentary seats. Maoist Center is leading in 13.

Likewise, ruling party Nepali Congress seem far behind the left alliance, only securing 10 parliamentary seats. Nepali Congress is leading in 11.

Similarly, Federal Socialist Forum Nepal has won three seats, 7 leading; Rastriya Janata Party Nepal winning in three constituencies, while leading in 7. Naya Shakti Party Nepal has emerged victorious in one federal parliamentary seat.

In Province Assembly elections as well, left alliance has outweighed the ruling party. UML is leading election with 90 wins and 56 leads. Maoist Center has won in 47 province assemblies with 24 leading. Nepali Congress has secured victory in 24 seats and leading in 18.

Likewise, FSFN has victory in 9 and leading in 6, RJPN has won in 2 and leading in 7, Naya Shakti winning in 2 province assemblies and leading in 3.
