28 injures in Chitwan bus-truck collision

CHITWAN, Aug 25: At least twenty-eight passengers were injured in a collision between a passenger bus and a truck on the Narayagadh-Muglin road section this morning.

The bus (Na 7 Kha 7335) was carrying passengers to Kathmandu from Dang when it collided with the truck coming to Narayangadh from Muglin at Dasdhunga at 6:30 am.

According to District Police Office, the injured are undergoing treatment in two medical college hospitals in Chitwan.

The truck driver has been taken into custody by the police post in Jugedi.
