Micro bus falls into river after colliding with bus in Dhading, 12 injured

KATHMANDU, July 22: As many as 12 people were injured when a micro-bus fell into the Maheskhola River after colliding with a bus at Khyarghari of Tharke Rural Municipality in Dhading on Monday.

The incident took place when Kathmandu-bound bus (Ba 5 Kha 2151) hit a microbus (Lu 2 Kha 2134) coming from opposite direction along the Prithivi Highway, according to the District Police Office (DPO), Dhading.

The injured have been brought to Trauma Center in Kathmandu for further treatment, according to DPO, Dhading’s Deputy Superintendent of Police Rupak Khadka.
