KATHMANDU, Oct 18: Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) lawmaker Pramod Sah has been released on general date.
A bench of justice Tej Narayan Paudel decided to release Sah on general date.
Sah was arrested on Tuesday from the Tribhuvan International Airport on the charge of his alleged involvement in vandalizing the Janakpur Airport.
He had lost his cool and vandalized the Buddha Air’s counter after his flight was delayed for two hours.
Dhanusha District Court had remanded Sah to four-day custody to carry out further investigation on Wednesday.
He was elected to the House of Representatives from Sarlahi-1 in 2017 elections.
