All parties’ participation for constitution necessary: Koirala

Kathmandu: President of the Nepali Congress (NC), Sushil Koirala, has said that participation of all political parties was equally necessary for promulgating new constitution.
During the meeting with the Society of Economic Journalists Nepal (SEJON), held at Koirala’s residence in Maharajgunj this morning, he said that economic condition of the country is improving due to open economic policy adopted by the NC.
