Industrial Goods and Technology expo begins on Tuesday
Kathmandu, Feb 15: The Cottage and Small Industries Development Board is going to organise the 27th edition of National Industrial Goods and Technology Exhibition from February 15 at Bhrikuti Mandap in the capital city.
At a news conference on Saturday, the Board said that 300 plus stalls will be set up, featuring a wide range of various home-made Dhaka fabric and leather products, handicrafts, woollen and bamboo products, handmade paper and flowers among others.
So far, altogether 175 stalls including 125 from different districts have been booked for the exhibition.
The expo being organised aiming to promote domestic product is also scheduled to honour an outstanding entrepreneur taking part in the show.
Acting Executive Director of the Board, Nilam Tamrakar, said that the major concerns of the exhibition is to promote the Nepali goods at home and abroad.
The exhibition shall continue till February 24.
