Election for UML parliamentary party leader of province-1 on Feb 9

URLABARI, Feb 5: The CPN-UML provincial committee of province no 1 has decided to hold election for parliamentary party leader at the parliamentary party office in Biratnagar on February 9.

A meeting of the committee held this morning took the decision in this regard. CPN-UML provincial committee has also formed a three-member election committee under coordination of lawyer Chudamani Acharya where Prem Pokharel and Tikaram Puri are the members for the same.

Leaders—Bhim Acharya, Sherdhan Rai and Jeevan Ghimire, have been claiming for the post. The parliamentary party leader would become the chief minister as CPN-UML has majority in province no 1.
