House passes Pokhara Health Sciences Academy Bill, 2072

Minister for Health Ram Janam Chaudhary presented the Bill in the meeting amidst the sloganeering of the Madhesi Front lawmakers.

Taking part in the ideological debate on the Bill, lawmaker Prem Suwal of the Nepal Workers Peasants Party demanded giving autonomy to the Academy and to have the Bhaktapur Health Sciences Academy operated.

Replying to lawmaker Suwal, Minister Chaudhary said that he would pay attention for the operation of the Bhaktapur Health Sciences Academy.

The Legislature-Parliament will next meet at 1 pm on Tuesday. RSS
