Nationwide educational strike on second day



KATHMANDU: Academic institutions across the country have been shut down on Monday due to a strike called by the All Nepal National Independent Student Union-Revolutionary.

Earlier, on Sunday the academic institutions were shutdown nationwide by the school runners. Some 7.5 million students have been affected by the strike continuously two days.

Similarly, the pre-board examinations of grade 12 and grade 10 were also affected due to the strike.

The Maoist affiliated student’s union organized the strike protesting the schools owners’ strike and misbehave carried out by the college to the students for constituting organization in the college.
