Prime Minister Oli takes stock of Express Way progress

KATHMANDU, June 14: Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli took stock of the progress in the construction of the Kathmandu-Tarai-Madhesh Express Way at the Nepali Army headquarters on Wednesday.

On the occasion, Technical Chief of the Project Major General Yogendra Bahadur Khand apprised the Prime Minister of the progress made by the Nepal Army in the project of national pride, according to the NA Public Relations Directorate.

The Prime Minister Oli was content with the progress made in the Kathmandu-Tarai-Madhesh fast-track and directed to complete the project on time, while assuring of all necessary support on behalf of the government, says a statement issued by the Directorate.

Also present on the occasion were Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Iswar Pokharel, Finance Minister Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Raghubir Mahaseth, National Planning Vice-chair Dr Puspa Raj Kandel and Nepali army generals. RSS
