We are ready for talks: Shrestha



Dhankuta, Feb 20: Vice-chairman of the Unified CPN (Maoist) Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said the opposition parties would adopt flexibility on agendas of identity if the ruling coalition ensures environment for dialogue by halting the ´majoritarian´ process of constitution writing in the Constituent Assembly.

Speaking at a press meeting organized by the Revolutionary Journalists´ Association in Dhankuta, on Friday, he said the opposition parties were ready to sit for talks to forge political consensus on the disputed issues adopting maximum flexibility on the agendas of identity if only the ruling parties, Nepali Congress and CPN (UML) halt the majority process forwarded in the CA.
