KATHMANDU, July 16: The 7th World Buddhist Summit is being held from November 2 to 7 at the initiative of the Sri Lankan government.

The event is taking place at a time when the world is grappling with the threat of terror and uncertainty.

It aims to succeed in propagating the sense of kindness and compassion in all sentinels, according to statement issued by Dr Kyuse Enshinjoh, the supreme advisor to the Summit. RSS
