BIRATNAGAR, Nov 1: Deputy Prime Minister and Nepali Congress leader Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar has said that Nepali Congress (NC) should be strong for the protection of democracy.

Talking to the media persons at Biratnagar Airport on Wednesday, Gachchhadar clarified that democratic alliance was forged under NC’s leadership with the principle to face the left alliance.

He urged all to be united in the democratic alliance not to let the democracy be at risk as the left alliance has tried to make executive president by changing parliamentary system through communist ideology.
