BARDIBAS, Aug 15: Health Minister Giriraj Mani Pokhrel has said that relief packages would be distributed to the flood-affected people soon.

He said this at an interaction program organized in Bardibas on Monday evening following an aerial and onsite inspection of the flood-ravaged areas as Bardibas, Loharpatti, Singhyahi, Ramgopalpur and Matihani in Mahottari district in the day.

On the occasion, Minister Pokhrel said that the government was prepared to carry out relief and reconstruction works by preparing concrete plan. He said priority would be given to repair and reconstruction of the roads, water supply projects, power supply, irrigation facilities and health infrastructures damaged by the flood. RSS
