Artistes have been demanding to scrap the decision without any delay and appoint a person from the same field who can rescue the country’s sick film industry. Another actress Rashmi Bhatta also seconded Karishma.

However, Pappu has said he was appointed to the post as present information minister, who is the responsible person to make appointments in the Board, Raj Kishor Yadav was a great fan of Pappu’s performance.
