HUMLA: Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, who is visiting the districts across the country, to address the party district conventions ahead of the UCPN (Maoist)’s upcoming general convention has reached the Himalayan district Humla district in Karnali zone today.

During his visit, the Prime Minister directed the civil servants to execute their works in a transparent manner.

The Prime Minister also said responsibility of construction of the Karnali Highway will be given to the Nepal Army as the government has given top priority to link all the  districts of Karnali zone to the national road grid.
