KATHMANDU: State 3 government chief minister Dormani Poudel has extended greetings to all the Nepalis within the country and abroad on the occasion of Tihar and the Nepal Sambat New Year 1140.

In a message of best wishes he issued on Tuesday on the occasion, Chief Minister Poudel wished that may the festival of Tihar, an important festival of the Nepalis and the Nepal Sambat, a unique calendar of Nepal, become the conveyors of prosperity in the journey towards ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali’ by promoting tolerance, brotherhood and goodwill among all Nepalis.
