Nepali People’s Progressive Forum formed in Hamburg

HAMBURG: A grand gathering Nepali people living in Hamburg City of Germany formed 13-member Nepali People’s Progressive Forum Hamburg Chapter under the leadership of Bharat Chalaune.

Narayan Subedi is the vice-chairman of the committee while Jagdish Bhattarai is selected the general secretary. Likewise, Roshan Dahal and Samir Khan are secretary and treasurer, respectively.

Vice chairman of Joint Nepali Front, Europe, Shovakar Bhandari, Chairman of Nepali People’s Progressive Forum Sagar Pokhrel were also present on the occasion. The Nepali People’s Progressive Forum is the sister organization of the UCPN (Maoist).

On the occasion, Chairperson of NRNA Germany Chapter Pushpa Thapa, Om Regmi and sanat Gautam, among others expressed best wishes for the success of the new committee and urged for unity among Nepalis living in Germany and Europe.
