CHITWAN: Nepali Congress Vice-President Ram Chandra Paudel has said that the Constituent Assembly elections would be held by November.

Asked about CA polls success amid the CPN-Maoist protests, the NC Vice President said Nepali people are in favour of polls as they want promulgation of a new constitution through the CA.
Indicating the India visit of Chairman of the Unified CPN (Maoist), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, NC leader Paudel said Dahal was not on any official visit and that it would have no meaning at all.
