Poet Shrawan Mukarung joins Nepali Congress

KATHMANDU: Famous poet Shrawan Mukarung has joined the Nepali Congress on Thursday.

Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala welcomed Mukarung at a formal program his residence in Maharajgunj.

On the occasion, Koirala said that election was needed to safeguard democracy and nationality.

Likewise, Mukarung said that he would serve the nationality through his literary creation.
