PM rules out another deadline for constitution

KATHMANDU, Apr 11: Prime Minister Sushil Koirala said on Friday that the date of promulgating a new constitution would not be fixed.

Addressing a function organised to mark the birth centenary of late leader Ganeshman Singh, Koirala said people would express anguish if the parties failed to promulgate constitution on the fixed date yet again.
