Former PM Koirala gets a bicycle



Kathmandu, Dec 30: Minister for Population and Environment Bishwendra Paswan on Wednesday handed over a bicycle to former Prime Minister Sushil Koirala under the Environment-friendly Vehicles Promotion National Campaign.

Minister Paswan handed over the bicycle to the Nepali Congress president and former PM Koirala at the latter’s residence in Maharajgunj. The former Prime Minister expressed his solidarity to the campaign by riding the bicycle for some time.

The Ministry of population and Environment has been promoting the use of bicycle under the campaign. Before this, the Ministry on Tuesday handed over bicycles to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and the UCPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
