One killed, 12 injured in road accident
Rautahat, Jan 8: One person was killed and other 12 were injured in a road accident near Dhansar Bridge along the East-West Highway in the district this morning, police said.
The accident took place when a bus (Na 5 Kha 272) hit a stationary truck at the place.The deceased is Mina Tamang, 27, of Chisapani VDC of Ramechhap district.
Other injured are undergoing treatment at a local hospital. Police suspect the cause behind the accident might be over speed and foggy weather.
