No local bodies’ election without finalizing federalism: Yadav



Biratnagar, May 11: Chairman of the Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Uprendra Yadav, has said that the federal alliance was not in a mood of holding talks with government and so has been making preparation to launch agitation.

Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport this morning, Chairman Yadav said that they have decided not to sit for talks with government and to continue agitation for the rights as the government did not budge from its stance even after holding the meeting for 36th times.

Saying that they have changed the form of the agitation, he said that they would picket Singha Durbar from May 15.

Chairman Yadav said that holding local bodies’ election without finalizing federalism was design to finish up the federalism.

He informed that the federal alliance was not in the game of forming a new government and added that the alliance would involve to ensure rights of Madhesis, Indigenous nationalities, women and Dalits.
