Challenging opportunity for me to work for country’s interest: PM Dahal



Kathmandu, Aug 20: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today spoke of the challenging opportunity before him to serve for the best interest of the country by doing something spectacular.

During a meeting with a delegation from Jaubari of Gorkha led by CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Narayankaji Shrestha at his official residence at Baluwatar, PM Dahal spoke up his mind stating that it was an opportunity to do something for the country and the people while calling for support from all sections.

“The political scenario is very challenging. People have many aspirations. A challenging responsibility has come to my shoulder. I have a belief that there will be results bearing works from this,” PM Dahal said.

He stressed on need for constitution’s implementation, post-quake reconstruction, completing the remaining works of peace process and forwarding the country to a path of economic prosperity, said PM’s Personal Under-Secretary, Manohari Timalsina.

The PM said Gorkha district was historic and significant in terms of uprisings for change and thanked all who have wished him with good intentions.

On the occasion, Jaubari representatives demanded the PM to engage his efforts for an overall development of the district and planning for the same. RSS
