Application form for Akshara Junior School Princess 2017 opened
KATHMANDU, Feb 12: Akshara Junior School Princess 2017, which focuses on school going girls, is all set to intake candidates for its 6th edition.
Season Media General Manager Pradip Raj Wanta and proprietor of Akshara School Anju Bhattarai signed the agreement today announcing the opening of the contest’s application form.
Interested girls from 7 to 13 years of age can fill the form at Akshara School before March 25 (within the second week of Chaitra), informed Wanta.
Season Media has been organizing the contest in sponsorship of Akshara School, Kandaghari on yearly basis for seven years.
The First round of selection will take place on April 1st (Chaitra 19) and training session of the selected contestants will start from April 2nd (Chaitra 20), which will run from 10 am to 4 pm every day.
They will be trained about different kinds of personality development for three weeks.
The Grand finale will take place on April 28 (Baisakh 15), which will elect the winner of the Akshara Junior School Princess 2017.
The winner will be rewarded with various prizes such as cycle, mobile, tablet and gift hampers as well as scholarship in Akshara School.
During the training, the children will be taken to Chandragiri cable car, Godawari Park, Chauni Museum, Kathmandu fun Valley, Durbar Museum, Godawari Park, Jawlakhel zoo, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudha Stupa and Swayambhu for recreational activities.
