Prez Bhandari in far-western region visit

BAITADI, Oct 12: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has arrived in Baitadi on Thursday for the visit of far-western region, province no 7.

Following her arrival, President Bhandari visited Khaptad, the tourism site of far-western region, said Police Chief of Province no 7, Additional Inspector General, Bijay Kumar Bhatta.

President Bhandari also worshipped at the Khaptad Baba temple and Khaptad Triveni temple as well as at the Doti-based Shaileshwor Temple after returning from Khaptad today itself.

The President will return Kathmandu today itself. Although she was scheduled to visit nine districts of far-western region, she is returning back to Kathmandu today due to busy schedule.
