Koirala assures of all-acceptable constitution after election

BIRATNAGAR, Nov 29: Nepali Congress (NC) central member Dr Shekhar Koirala has said the constitution would be made all-acceptable amending it after the second phase of the elections to the House of Representatives and Province Assemblies scheduled for December 7.

Leader Koirala who is also in the race for the House of Representatives election from Morang-6 said this while addressing party ward-level corner meetings in Biratnagar on Wednesday.

On the occasions, he took the time to speak of the need of NC leadership for the recognition and respect of identity of all castes and communities and to ensure their access and representation to every state organ.

Biratnagar Metropolitan City mayor Bhim Parajuli urged voters to make the NC victorious to see Biratnagar as the province capital (Province 1).
