Province 7 forms main committee to celebrate Constitution Day

DHANGADHI, Sept 15: A main celebration committee has been formed to mark the Constitution Day in province 7. Province Chief Minister is the coordinator of the committee which will make arrangements for celebrating the Day for three days–September 18-20– by organizing various programs.

According to Secretary at the Office of Council of Ministers in province, Pradeep Raj Kandel, a deepawali, blood donation, radio programs on the theme of constitution, and sanitation and cultural rally are some events of the celebration.

The province chief is scheduled to host a reception on September 19, the main celebration day. It may be noted that Asoj 3 every year in the Nepali calendar is celebrated as the Constitution Day in commemoration of the promulgation of the constitution through the historic Constituent Assembly on September 20 in 2015.
