No force can damage India-Nepal relation: Indian Minister Vardhan
NEW DELHI, March 15: Indian Minister for Science & Technology Dr Harsh Vardhan has said that India-Nepal bilateral relation is very positive and no force can damage the bilateral relation between Nepal and India.
“India-Nepal relation is important from various aspects. We have people to people connection. We have the relation of roti and beti (bread and daughter). We share border and we have religious and cultural similarities,” said Vardhan, talking to Rishi Dhamala, Reporters’ Club Nepal President, in New Delhi.
“The bilateral relation between Nepal and India is very positive. No force can strain the diplomatic ties between the countries,” he added.
Minister Vardhan also assured that he would visit Nepal as soon as the Indian General Election completes.
He also wished success of the Nepal Investment Summit 2019, being held in Kathmandu from March 29-30.
