Leader Bogati cremated at Aryaghat

Kathmandu, September 15.  The mortal remains of UCPN (Maoist) Vice-chairman Post Bahadur Bogati , who passed away this morning at Norvic Hospital, were consigned to flames at Pashupati Aryaghat in Kathmandu on Monday.

Bogati, 62, was pronounced dead at around 7:25 am today during the course of treatment at the hospital.

Bogati’s two daughters Prabha and Pratima, and party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal lit the funeral pyre.

His body was kept at the party headquarters in Perisdanda till 9 am and later taken to Khula Manch at 11 am for final tributes.
