UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Prachanda meets with PM

Kathmandu, May 04: Chairman of the ruling party UCPN (Maoist), Pushpa Kamal Dahal has met with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on today later his residence Baluwatar.

Although formal information with regard to the meeting has not been disclosed, the meeting is said to have dwelt on issues like existing political problems and forging national consensus.  PM’s press coordinator Chetan Adhikari confirmed the meeting between Dahal and Oli, but expressed ignorance about the issues discussed during the meeting.
The meeting follows the meeting of the standing committees of both UML and UCPN (Maoist) today morning.

Earlier on Tuesday evening, a meeting between top leaders of ruling CPN-UML and coalition partner UCPN (Maoist) was held.
