Former Chairperson Joshi passes away

Gorkha, May 6: Former Chairperson of Gorkha Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bhagat Babu Joshi has passed away in the capital last night.

He breathed his last at Nepal Cancer Hospital in Harissidi, Lalitpur, said Joshi’s relative Mahesh Shrestha.
Sixty-one-year-old Joshi has been suffering from lungs related ailment since past eight months.

His last rites will be performed at the Pashupati Aryaghat, said family sources. Joshi is survived by one son and two daughters. He had also served as the chairperson of both Lions Club of Gorkha and Gorkha Jaycees. RSS
