CA gets two new member

Kathmandu, Jan 13. The government has nominated Nagendra Kumal, the chairman of Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN), as a member of the Constituent Assembly (CA).

According to Spokesperson at the Parliament Secretariat Kuinkel, Kumal’s name was recommended by the Cabinet on January 8.

Similarly, from the UML Prof. Mr. Lal Babu yadav has nominated as a member of the Constituent Assembly.

CA Chairman Subas Chandra Nembang administered the oath of office to Kumal at 3 pm today. Earlier on August 18, 2014, the government nominated 17 of the remaining 26 lawmakers in the CA.
